The first thing to do it to let the little artists choose a place in the room where they can build their little house. Then the children chose the shape they prefer, but they can only use 9 things…

A challenge within the challenge! Once the shape of their house has been created, each of them must look around an choose a neighbour. Together they will connect the houses with a road made of the materials left over.

Creating society (common spaces)

A city needs a school, a gym, stores, a park....common spaces where everyone can go.

The little architects will build them! Each pair of neighbours must decide what to design, something that is useful and both of them like, without any limitations on what they can use or their imaginations.

The city has taken shape! Each home must be in harmony with the environment and the other homes, to make everyone satisfied and happy.

In reality, a similar project would take years of work and very serious studies on the environment, available space, and the people.  But that is another story…
