The Festival's "Official Pen" for the fiveth year in a row, Tratto Pen has become a tradition at the Mantua Festivaletteratura, September 9 - 13. The partnership between the legendary pen-marker and the Mantua meeting is based on the shared passion for spreading culture and creativity. In fact, Tratto Pen holds a place of honour at the leading Italian literature event.

With a modern and streamline design that launched its success, this year 60,000 limited edition coloured Tratto Pens specifically designed for the event and customised with the event logo will invade the city, freely distributed to event goers and guest authors. Tratto Pen presents the event that stars Margaret Mazzantini, undoubtedly one of Italy's best authors of the international scene. Of Ireland origin, adopt by Italy, Strega prize with Non ti muovere (Mondadori, 2002), which sold 2 millions of copies (a record for an Italian book).
